We have marketed  this innovative software solution under the name Nextyellow on a limited basis  to establish ?proof of concept.?  In July 2007 we discontinued operations of our 80% owned subsidiary Shopila  Corporation (?Shopila?), which was dissolved in December 2007.  Products and services  ?
