engineers, manufactures, sells, services and leases a comprehensive line of lift
trucks and aftermarket parts marketed globally under the Hyster? and Yale? brand
names. NMHG manages its operations as two reportable segments: wholesale
manufacturing (?NMHG Wholesale?) and retail distribution (?NMHG Retail?).
