Public Service Company of North Carolina, Incorporated (PSNC Energy) purchases,
sells and transports natural gas to retail customers.
Carolina Gas Transmission Corporation (CGTC) transports natural gas in
southeastern Georgia and South Carolina. CGTC was formerly known as South
Carolina Pipeline Corporation (SCPC), which merged with SCG Pipeline, Inc. (SCG
