AIQ Trading Expert Pro

The following step by step instructions outline how to import ASCII data into AIQ Trading Expert Pro

Step One

Load the AIQ Data Transfer Utility.

Step Two

Click on File | Import

Step Three

Click the Browse button and select the ASCII data file on your computer.

Step Four

Click the Edit button and then on the following buttons; Symbol, Date, Open, High, Low, Close and Volume in. Date should be set to YYMMDD and Volume in {units}, enter EODDATA in the Specification Name field.

Step Five

Click the OK button on the Import Options windows to start importing.

Step Six

Step 4 only needs to be done once, next time you import your data you can select EODDATA.DTI from the Specification Name drop down box and then select your ASCII data file
